**The Opportunity**
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
In your new role, you will oversee change management activities for designated projects and ongoing technology initiatives, prioritising end-user adoption and experience. Your responsibilities include crafting and delivering comprehensive change impact assessments, communication plans/strategies, collateral materials, and change readiness assessments. You will employ Change Methodologies to mitigate resistance and enhance the adoption of technological changes.
Furthermore, your collaborative efforts will extend to working closely with business stakeholders, particularly within the broader IT team, to comprehend both current and future states. Your objective is to capture and articulate business impacts effectively, translating them into well-structured change communication documentation.
**About you**
- Minimum of 5 years change management experience, focusing on technology driven people change initiatives and projects, from project initiation through to successful change adoption,
- Professional qualifications/certification in Change Management or other relevant qualification (tertiary qualifications in business, technology, change management),
- Experience developing engaging training plans, training material (such as end-user guides, factsheets and videos), planning and conducting training sessions in conjunction with stakeholders,
- Exceptional ability to understand and advocate for the end user experience,
- Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills, and ability to communicate, establish and maintain relationships at all levels from the C suite to field-based staff,
- Experience contributing to the development of business cases, project and resource plans, in conjunction with Business Analysts and Project Managers,
- Sound understanding of Business Analysis and Project Management disciplines and how they are used to effectively deliver projects,
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as a contributing member of a team,
- Strong problem-solving abilities with effective remediation strategies to remedy any impacts on delivery timelines for projects,
- Sound knowledge of technology and business operations,
