**The Opportunity**
To manage and coordinate marketing activities primarily focussing on digital channels to support retail promotions, loyalty activities and eCommerce. You will provide strategic advice around CRM & Loyalty, various platforms and integration points, database management and website user experience. As well as being responsible for one direct report and managing various agencies and stakeholder management.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, negotiate, book and oversee the execution of the annual PACCAR Parts’ Digital advertising media plan and ad hoc campaigns across all agreed Digital channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Google Adwords, eDMs and SMS. This also includes overseeing asset and copy creation.
- Deliver all assigned items in the Marketing Plan
- Coordinate Website updates and improvements including SEO activities, CMS management and form integration, coordination of third-party developers when required. This includes testing and compliance activities.
- Marketing lead for Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including overseeing the warehousing, maintenance and improvement of data in the CRM system, ensuring “Opt-out” requests are actioned, appropriate fields are captured within defined data specifications and work within the overall CRM architecture, automated journeys flows are implemented, act as a key Marketing stakeholder for Salesforce projects, ensuring maintenance and compliance work is carried out on the platform.
- Development of the Online Parts Counter eCommerce system, including integration to Dealer Management Systems and PIMS, development, UX and enhancements, discovery and platform migration, updates, data and Privileges pricing population and mapping, testing and compliance
- Manage the loyalty program, including managing the third party supplier for the platform, manage integrations and enhancements to the site, define the communication and incentive plan, load the necessary discount files, investigate any issues with dealers and the system functionality, prepare and present regular reporting
- Other project based responsibilities that concern digital platforms and integrations.

**What We Like About You**
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Marketing or related fields
- 5+ years Digital Marketing & Loyalty Program experience
- Prior Marketing Generalist experience, including traditional and direct marketing, advantageous
- Experience managing CRM, Loyalty, Marketing Automation and Event management platforms (Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Eventzilla)
- Experience in Website, CMS management and eCommerce platforms highly advantageous
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve the areas of responsibility and formulate the business case
- Understanding of social media etiquette and experience representing the voice of the company
- Working knowledge about database integrations, mapping, extractions and analysis
- Understanding the concepts of “Big Data”, ‘Source of Truth”, the “360 degree view of the customer” and the “Customer Journey”.
- Analytical mindset, data driven decision making. Persistence despite obstacles and strong influencing skills
- Assertive and facilitative team leader. Able to mentor to less experienced personnel, ability to change leadership style based on the development level of the employee
