Our client, established in Morwell and now in their 40th year of operation, is in need of an accounts and business administrator to join their family based, friendly inclusive team.

Employed on a permanent basis you will be a vital member of the team.

**Responsibilities & Duties will include**:

- Account generation
- Invoicing
- Debtors
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Accounts enquires
- General reporting
- Contract and production administration
- Production scheduling
- Material ordering

**Experience Required**:

- Xero experience preferred
- Accounts, bank reconciliation and purchase order reconciliation experience
- Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft office suite of programs
- Ability to work as part of a wider team with a “can do” attitude

Working 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (some flexibility available) we are looking for applicants that are fully committed to this role.
