**Your responsibilities**
- Greet customers on the phone & in our showroom
- Collating information for phone quotes, calculating the cost of materials and measurements.
- Processing orders and following up material dates from suppliers
- Supporting the Job Coordinator with scheduling and confirming jobs
- Various adhoc marketing and administration tasks s
- Maintaining a neat and tidy office

**Your profile**

Must be keen to learn about all things Glass

You have strong skills in customer service and sales preferably in a trade or construction company. A

minimum of 3 years in a similar role, attention to detail and a calm positive persona is essential.

You have solid written and verbal communication skills. You thrive in a constantly changing

environment where you are always learning and contributing ideas.

You excel at utilising multiple computer programs including, Google / Microsoft suite, word.

Experience with job Management and or sales systems will also be an advantage.

An interest/flair with social media platforms will be of benefit. You can work on your own and in a

team environment. You are a solution focused doer who is comfortable liaising with customers,

technical staff & contractors.
