**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Ability to manage multiple service requests on a daily basis.
- Professionally liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors & stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed client records on our internal server and job management software.
- Follow internal processes.
- Contribute to innovation to improve current systems and processes.
- Organise preventative maintenance work as per customer requirements.
- Organise and prioritise reactive service/maintenance requests.
- Run monthly reports.

**Personal requirements**:
**Preferred**:

- Past experience within the electronic security industry, either with a supplier or security integrator.
- Knowledge of security industry equipment and terminology.
- Experience with simPRO job management system.

**Required**:

- Experience with Microsoft software (Excel & Word).
- Strong computer skills.
- Past customer service experience.
- Always able to maintain a professional approach when liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors & stakeholders.
- Fast learner.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
