HOME Specialty Coffee in Kirrawee is on the hunt for a experienced, motivated and passionate barista for an exciting opportunity.

We need someone who has a genuine passion for specialty coffee. Must have experience as a barista, willing to work in all parts of the café, well presented, reliable, honest and can work well in a team environment.

We want someone to bring their flair and creativity to our café and provide excellent customer service to many locals. Ideally, someone who has worked in a café with a small kitchen who can think on their feet and be flexible. ⠀

Our non-negotiables are:⠀
- Minimum 2 years working as barista⠀
- Current driver’s license with own transport and Australian work rights
- Be available Monday to Sunday (no night shifts)
- Flexible working hours
- Knowledge of coffee ⠀
- Ability to dial in coffee⠀
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen⠀
- Clean, tidy and organised⠀
- Willing to serve customers at the POS as necessary⠀
- Fluent English speaking skills⠀

**Salary**: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
