**Position in Context
Our Digital Citizenship programs and products are co-designed with C&YP aim to build digital intelligence and be responsible, respectful and ethical online.

The Program Engagement Advisor will play a key role in driving engagement of children and young people, teachers and parents and carers with the Foundation’s Positive Digital Citizenship Programs.

This role is formally based in Melbourne in our South Melbourne Office. We support our staff to work flexibly, both in location and hours, based on the premise that work will remain the focus of any arrangement. How and where you work is discussed with each staff member based on individual circumstances, role requirements and accountability for delivery of high-quality work.

**Major Job Responsibilities
- Support in the development and implementation of program and product engagement strategies, including the second iteration of Digital Compass.
- Assist in the development of community partnerships to support school engagement and implementation of programs and products.
- Monitor and feedback program data, learning outcomes and independent program evaluation.
- Lead engagement and co-design with children and young people to improve user experience and learning outcomes.
- Support innovation through engagement with children and young people to inform the design, implementation and continuous improvement of high impact programs and products, as required.
- Deliver content specific face to face workshops to students, parents and teachers, in school and community settings, as it relates to supporting the development of the Foundation’s Children and Youth Participation Framework.
- Facilitate workshops to children and young people, teachers and parents/carers, as required.
- Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and organisations.
- Work with people leader to develop and successfully execute personal work plan that is aligned with the strategic objectives of the Foundations and will meet key deliverables.
- Contribute positively to the Foundation’s culture of Stronger Together through developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues. Other tasks as directed by the Head of Program Innovation and Design, Program Delivery Manager CEO, and Executive Team.

**Knowledge, Experience & Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an educator or facilitator in a school setting (essential).
- Sound understanding of online safety
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the Australian Curriculum
- Passion for student focused learning and education through empowerment
- Highly organised and well prepared, with an ability to learn new content quickly.
- Strong written and creative skills with a focus on customer experience relating to schools and parents/carers.
- Demonstrated experience in using technical and data insights to shape and guide product outcomes.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Well-developed communication skills, experience and maturity to relate effectively with internal & external stakeholders.
- Technical skills include ability to create resources in multiple platforms
- Ability to travel interstate and intrastate regularly
- A Working with Children Check and Police Check.
