Are you a **Customer Service extraordinaire** looking for new opportunity within ING, Australia’s most recommended bank?

We have a 6 month secondment position available to join the team as a **Sales Support Associate**, you’ll be the primary point of contact

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Liaising with external business partners and/or internal departments to ensure escalation and follow up of enquiries or complaints where you’ll provide resolution
- Assisting brokers with enquiries related to policy, process and product
- Providing insights and feedback to improve efficiencies in our sales team, broker engagement and education
- Coaching brokers on using the self service capabilities via online tracking

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Strong customer centric focus
- Customer service and/or contact centre experience
- Ability to retain, interpret and relay information
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work as part of a high performance team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage complaints and broker dissatisfaction to a desire outcome for all parties
