Are you a
Customer Service extraordinaire looking for new opportunity within ING, Australia's most recommended bank?

We have a 6 month secondment position available to join the team as a
Sales Support Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact

What are you going to do? You will be

  • Liaising with external business partners and/or internal departments to ensure escalation and follow up of enquiries or complaints where you'll provide resolution
  • Assisting brokers with enquiries related to policy, process and product
  • Providing insights and feedback to improve efficiencies in our sales team, broker engagement and education
  • Coaching brokers on using the self service capabilities via online tracking

What are we looking for? Someone who has

  • Strong customer centric focus
  • Customer service and/or contact centre experience
  • Ability to retain, interpret and relay information
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to work as part of a high performance team
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage complaints and broker dissatisfaction to a desire outcome for all parties
