**Sales Contract Administrator **to join their Adelaide CBD office, where their culture focuses on building relationships and providing excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an organisation that is focused on delivering successful outcomes.

**The Role**

As the
**Sales Contract Administrator**, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the sales team, customers, financiers and conveyancers to manage and coordinate the administrative tasks during the sales process from initial leads until settlement. This will ensure the sales team is running smoothly and importantly delivering a quality customer experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the reporting and tracking of leads, holds, sales and settlements in CRM
- Assist with the preparation of accurate and timely sales contracts
- Act as the liaision between sales team, customers, conveyancers and financiers to ensure a timely settlement period and a customer experience second to none.
- Ensure client deposits are received on time and all supporting documentation is on file
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management
- Assist with the annual Trust Account audit process by providing supporting documentation and responding to queries as required
- Any other administrative responsibilities associated with the role

**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Conveyancing experience is preferred but not essential
- Exceptional data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organisational and planning skills.
- Adaptable and be able to think on your feet to problem solve
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Committed team player with a can-do attitude.
