Further develop your customer service and administration skills in this fun, fast-paced role, where resident experience is at the forefront of everything you do.
THE ROLE
The Customer Service Administrator provides high quality customer service and administration support for delivery of accommodation services to student residents living on the Wattamattagal Campus.
Responsibilities will include:
- Administering and supporting all residential lifecycle activities.
- Responding to accommodation enquiries, resolving maintenance requests, complaints and contributing to the ongoing improvement of administrative systems, and processes.
- Participating and contributing to process improvement aimed at delivering a positive experience for our residents.
About You
- Experience in a face-to-face customer service/ administrative role in a related environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong administrative and time management skills.
- Demonstrated initiative in problem solving, being receptive and adaptable to new ideas and thoughts.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience using MS Office and the ability to learn new software (StarRez experience desirable)
