We've been searching for someone like you - a true Sales and Customer Service Representative rockstar With your exceptional talent helping customers and a technical mindset, you're the perfect fit for this role.

You'll be responsible for processing orders, booking service technicians, and handling a wide range of technical enquiries as well as being the point of contact with inbound calls and supporting the grater team. We know you'll be able to handle any challenge that comes your way.

What we are looking for:

- Amazing customer service and relationship building skills
- Sales support experience and being able to identify and opportunity to upsell
- Someone who is comfortable with technical products
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment and a close-knit team
