**Internal Sales Representative** to join the team in
**Sydney** to help us expand our market share and grow our business.

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of customer accounts, selling a range of timber and building materials products to both new and existing customers. Your role will involve developing strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts to achieve sales targets.

Proactively contact customers to promote products, answer queries and provide advice.

Prepare quotations and follow up on quotes to secure orders.

Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Keep up-to-date with industry and product knowledge.

Work closely with the external sales team to provide a seamless customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity and customer information using the company's CRM system.

Attend trade shows and events as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the building materials or timber industry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM systems.

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Knowledge of the building and construction industry would be advantageous.

Knowledge of timber and building materials products would be advantageous.

**Salary and Benefits**:
$65,000 - $85,000 + super
