We are looking for an eager Relationship Manager who will be responsible for a portfolio of valued SME and key Construction clients.
**About the Role**
The Relationship Manager oversees the effective, efficient, compliant and profitable management of an SME Construction portfolio (including Surety). This portfolio also includes a portion of more complex risks for civil type contractors. The position driver is account servicing & development ensuring a professional approach in all stakeholder interactions.
This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Broker who with sound technical knowledge, great rapport building capability and a passion for providing great outcomes for clients. You're experienced, capable and confident in the value you have to offer within the industry and your specialised field. You have a great deal of respect for the construction industry and the challenges your clients might be facing in today's market. As you partner with them you're aware that the service and product you offer will be highly regarded and appreciated and you're passionate about providing expert advice to your clients.
You're ready to make the most of your experience and enjoy the benefits of working with an employer of our caliber. You have strong rapport-building skills and are known for your attention to detail and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
You're a team player with great verbal and written communication skills and a genuine interest in helping your clients. You have your Tier 1 certification (minimum) and know whilst you have a lot to offer your next employer, you're also looking to continue your own professional growth.
