About The Role

Join the Maternity Outpatients team at Grampians Health Ballarat, providing essential antenatal and postnatal care. This role involves scheduling, patient administration, and team coordination in a fast-paced clinical setting. Flexibility in rostering is required, with weekend work on occasion.

• Schedule appointments, billing, and patient contacts
• Manage referrals and discharge documentation
• Support a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic healthcare setting
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and allied health professionals

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments and billing
• Process referrals and discharge paperwork
• Work collaboratively with the Maternity Outpatients team
• Provide customer-focused reception and administration support
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation

Skills & Experience

• Reception/administration experience in a customer-focused role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing schedules
• High attention to detail and ability to manage patient information
• Full training provided for the successful candidate
