Tenacity CX have partnered with a global Insurance company and have multiple full time permanent opportunities to join a high-performing Retail Operations Team in an Administration / Operations Consultant role.
This is a great opportunity to kick start your career into the world of Insurance In this role, you will provide excellent service to Financial Advisers and customers through various administrative duties. You will handle enquiries regarding general policy information, processing change requests and assisting in the maintenance of existing life insurance policies.
**What are we looking for?**
- Previous customer service or administration experience - office, retail or hospitality
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail
- Confident, friendly and team orientated people
- Proactiveness, initiative and adaptability
