**Role Purpose**

Aesop are seeking a motivated and highly organised **Head Office Experience Coordinator **to bring Aesop’s values to life based at our global head office in Collingwood, on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Office Manager, this role touches on all facets of what being an Aesopian is truly about. As a people-focused individual, you will be the face and spirit of Aesop hosting our external and internal stakeholders with exceptional customer service, onboarding new employees and administrative support for the General Office team.

Predominantly based at Reception and supporting the overall office and Laboratory, you will also be responsible for managing office coordination activities such as couriers, mail, office replenishment and managing meeting room bookings and phone enquires. You will also provide high-level support organising monthly new starter lunches, Office lunches, Office drinks and other in-house social events. You will also ensure general etiquette is maintained and the Aesop Experience is reflected daily.

**What we are looking for**
- Some experience working in a similar role within a high touch customer service environment, ideally within a fast-paced organisation
- Similar experience to managing a busy reception desk supporting colleagues, and being able to prioritise and co-ordinate administrative activities
- Experience with hosting and organising events highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly approachable with a positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once with effective stakeholder manager skills
- Confidence and demonstrated ability in greeting and hosting internal and external stakeholders
- Strong, demonstrable, attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Proactive attitude and a keen interest in continuous improvement initiatives
- Curious, creative mind and a love for learning
