- The Cardiology Department at The Royal Melbourne is rapidly expanding and world class leaders in our structural and interventional work, electrophysiology and Arrhythmia programs and treating patients with adult congenital heart disease.
- This position provides support to the Cardiac Catheter Lab team in managing their inventory, consumables and assist with accurate processing of inventory acquisition, distribution and reported usage.

**About the role**
- Working in a well supported team, you will be responsible for:

- Managing stock and supply with consumables according to agreed levels
- Following up on back on outstanding orders.
- Liaising with internal and external key stakeholders.
- General administrative tasks to support the team.

**About you**
- You have recent acute hospital experience and be able to independently manage prosthesis, inventory and devices to support clinical patient care in a supported team environment.
- Organised, good communicator and demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
- Strong commitment to quality patient care.
- Committed to accuracy and efficiency.
- You have acute hospital experience with a collaborative working style and demonstrated ability to work well in a team.
- You are looking to expand your customer service skills and work with world leaders of Cardiac Care.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
