Suncorp are looking for a passionate technology enthusiast to join our Brisbane SmartBar team as an Onsite IT Support Analyst and deliver an exceptional face to face support to our employees. This role will be based in our Brisbane, Heritage Lane office and will work alongside a likeminded, tech loving team who have a ‘can do attitude’ and a love for providing an extraordinary customer experience.

**This role is a 6-month full time contract role based in Brisbane.**

**What you’ll do**
- Face to face first & second level support troubleshooting while providing a professional and customer focussed service.
- Supporting employees from all levels of the business, from frontline customer facing staff to EGM level premium support
- Mobility support for devices including app installation and connectivity issues on phones, tablets, and laptops.
- Peripheral & hardware support including, printers, keyboards, mice, webcams etc.
- MS Teams support
- Supporting the onboarding of new employees and the setup of their technology
- AV set up and support of meeting room technology.
- Office 365 apps including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Desktop software including Edge, Chrome, Active Directory
- ServiceNow incident management
- Assist the IT Service Desk and SmartBar colleagues by providing incident support to restore service to users.
- Contribute to the on-going management of our SmartBar and Service Desk Knowledge base and Self-Service Tech portal articles.
- Implement and drive Continuous Improvement ideas within the team

**What you’ll bring**
- Experience working in a first or second level IT support role for a minimum of 2 years (mandatory)
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a strong focus on the customer (mandatory)
- Experience supporting mid to executive level customers would be desirable.
- Qualification in Information Technology would be desirable.
- Demonstrate in depth knowledge of Desktop, Mobility and Peripheral technologies.
- High level of oral and written communication skills
- A good understanding of infrastructure platforms and technology
- Strong technical background with high level of troubleshooting skill
