We are seeking an experienced and skilled baker to join our wholesale bakery team. If you have a passion for baking and a proven track record of delivering high-quality baked goods, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing delicious baked goods that delight our customers. This is a full-time, salary position with a standard workweek of 40 hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies, according to established recipes and standards.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent and excellent results.
- Always adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate production schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
- Decorate and finish baked goods with precision and creativity, following specific customer requests when necessary.
- Inspect the quality of ingredients and finished products to maintain high standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the baking process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a baker in a commercial bakery or similar setting.
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing consistently excellent baked goods.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt as necessary.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Creativity and artistic flair for decorating and finishing baked goods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy bags of flour or other ingredients.
