We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Services Coordinator at Clean Advice. This part-time, hybrid position requires expertise in financial management, recruitment, and general office support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Bookkeeping:**

Manage financial records, invoicing, account reconciliation, payroll, and compliance using Xero.

Generate financial reports and maintain budgets.

**Recruitment:**

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job ads, candidate screening, and onboarding.

Maintain a candidate database and ensure HR compliance.

**Requirements:**

Experience in bookkeeping and recruitment processes in Australia.

Proficiency in Xero, Excel, G-suite, and HR platforms.

Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with external accountants.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

BAS Agent or CPA qualifications and HR certifications (Cert IV in HR).

**What We Offer:**
