**About the Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the **CAMHS** team as a** Administration Coordinator, **where you will be responsible for:

- Oversee high-level administrative duties to support effective client service delivery.
- Ensure efficient and streamlined delivery of administrative services.
- Collaborate with the CAMHS Administration Manager and Unit Head/Senior Manager to maintain consistent administrative services in line with corporate policies.
- Guide administrative staff to understand service requirements and expected standards.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to administrative staff to meet goals and maintain service standards.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Effective written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to negotiate with a broad range of people, both internally and externally.
- Proven ability to work under pressure with limited supervision and deal effectively with a range of tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to keep clear, accurate administrative and financial records and maintain and improve systems.
- Experience in staff supervision, performance review and allocation of tasks to ensure equitable workloads.
- Understanding and commitment to quality customer service concepts.
