Use your storeroom experience to coordinate the day-to-day functions of a small warehouse space for a NZ-originated business who specialise in precision tooling and machinery for the roofing industry.

**What you will be doing**:

- Picking, packing and dispatching of goods
- Receiving, unpacking and storage of goods in accordance with appropriate procedures
- Develop and improve systems, operational processes, and efficiency
- Assisting the sales and warehouse team with general duties
- Working with the customers, suppliers and couriers face to face
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on the forklifts
- Keep the warehouse clean and organised
- Develop and improve warehouse storage and handling systems and methods for optimal and efficient stock management.
- Ensure WHS policies are followed and create a safety-conscious workplace.

**About you**:

- Experienced in working within a warehousing and logistics environment
- Self-motivated, proactive and can work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proven experience on a forklift with a current LF license
- Tech-savvy to manage inventory with ERP software (Unleashed) and liaise daily with a team based in NZ
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Physically fit with the ability to carry out manual duties
- Time management skills

**About the role**:

- Full-time, permanent role
- Monday to Friday (no early starts)
- Based in Keysborough
- Salary circa $70K + super (commensurate to experience)
