**About the opportunity**:

The Training Support Officer is accountable to the Senior Training & Knowledge Specialist for the provision of training, across Super SA’s Member Operations team, to support the accurate administration of accounts for investors in the multiple schemes and products in accordance with statutory legislation.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment while juggling priorities to support a large team and meet business needs. This role also offers the opportunity to work in an agile environment to help deliver on Super SA’s key strategic objectives.

Working under general direction, you will be highly organised and have proven experience in developing and delivering training sessions for small groups and on an individual basis, understand individual learning styles and be able to adapt your approach to cater for these.
You will have excellent attention to detail which is key in reviewing transactions and identifying potential training gaps and opportunities and be passionate about developing people in technical superannuation knowledge.
You will work closely with the Senior Training and Knowledge Specialist for the successful delivery of business outcomes.
To be successful, you must address the selection criteria below in a cover letter:
- Experience working with and knowledge of Superannuation Registry systems.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills, with proven ability to relate effectively to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated Experience in co-ordinating and facilitating training sessions, including the production of learning material through varied mediums.
- Demonstrated experience in developing new concepts and procedures to improve services, with the ability to prepare reports and present data to support the implementation of training and development recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and agility to respond to operational change, and to support other team members.
