**About the Role**

This newly created role, reporting to our Head of Claims and Recoveries will sit in our
**Haberfield Hub** and be responsible for assessing and investigating motor insurance claims to identify opportunities for recovery. Along side this your day to day will look something like this:
**What You’ll Bring**:

- Debt collection / recoveries experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem solver with a strong customer focus and proactive nature.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with an ability to stay focused when managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team in a target driven environment.
- An understanding of credit hire would be advantageous but not required.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems.
- Willing to learn and able to adapt to change in this evolving role.
- Happy in a hybrid working environment.
