As an HR Manager in HR Consulting, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and fostering a dynamic work environment. You'll lead the resolution of complex employee relations issues, provide expert consulting services, and drive capability-building initiatives. Your insights will influence key HR programs and processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. You'll be passionate about driving positive change and enhancing organizational culture. **Responsibilities**:
- ** Consulting and Advisory**: Provide expert consulting to managers and employees on HR programs, policies, and processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance with regulations.
- ** Data-Driven Insights**: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, inform HR strategies, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs.
- ** Employee Relations**: Manage complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on conflict resolution and performance management.
- ** Capability Building**: Design and deliver training programs to enhance manager and employee capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- ** Change Management**: Lead change management efforts to support the adoption of new HR technologies and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and positive employee experience.
- ** Collaboration and Partnership**: Work closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other stakeholders to drive HR initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
**Qualifications**:
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
- Excellent consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage complex employee relations issues.
- 7+ years experience in Human Resources with a strong track record of leading HR initiatives, HR consulting and driving organizational change.
- **OR** Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in Human Resources with a strong track record of leading HR initiatives, HR consulting and driving organizational change.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs and capability-building initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR technologies and best practices in HR transformation.
