**About the role**: In this role you will: - Manage general and financial administration systems, corporate management systems, office processes and Ministerial business systems and registers including: o file creation, maintenance, security, storage and retrieval requirementso recording of monthly statisticso Stakeholder engagement recording and trackingo resource booking procedureso purchasing activitieso engagement and overseeing of outside contractors.o coordination and booking of travel. Undertake customer support services including the preparation of work plans, work instructions and procedures, departmental memoranda, letters, and coordination of executive correspondence and reports, including ministerial correspondence. Manage and coordinate security of data, resources and personnel. Engage with industry stakeholders and other government departments at events and meetings/workshops. Perform other tasks as required by the hub director and team members.
**This position requires**: - There are no mandatory requirements for this role however, experience in the use of Aurion, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI or any other information system and reporting tools would be highly regarded. Other specific requirements. Travel away from the centre may be required. This may involve travel outside of normal office hours and/or overnight accommodation.
