**The Role**
- We are now seeking a talented Assistant Manager to lead our clients David Jones Concession within Queens Plaza

Our client is an iconic Australian Label with stand-alone stores across Australia, the United States, the UK and Europe. They have an incredibly strong track record for internal succession into higher retail and support office roles.
- In this role, you will support the Concession Manager to lead, train, manage, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales in line with set targets. You will continue to ensure that the team is creating a lasting client relationship with both new and existing clients, and provide exceptional service levels to ensure that clients enjoy an elevated luxury shopping experience.
- Previous experience in a senior retail or leadership role
- Luxury experience will be viewed favourably for this position
- Experience in KPI delivery and optimisation across sales, average sale, client spend, stock management and online order management

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure client satisfaction is achieved by all team members and that sales & brand expectations are upheld across all business KPIs
- Create an enjoyable working environment that promotes passion, focus, results, and inclusivity
- Analyze the store sales and work with your Concession Manager to take necessary action to maximize sales opportunities
- To identify the succession plan required to develop strong career paths for all team members in collaboration with your Store Manager
- Build solid client relations and generate a returning Client base
- Proactively build personal relationships with high-value clients and develop the store team to understand clients’ fashion and lifestyle preferences
- Identify clients’ expenditure and trends season on season, and provide feedback to the B&P team follow up with the relevant strategy
- To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of product knowledge to maximize sales
- Use the business CRM at an optimised standard to ensure all client communications and employee relations documentation is managed in line with expectations
- Ensure training and development opportunities are offered to all staff members across onboarding, product training, shopping experience training and store presentation standards
- Prepare, manage and execute the Visual Merchandising launches to ensure that a consistently high standard of Visual Presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directive
