**About the company**:
people2people have partnered with a global market leader who is looking to for a highly detail-oriented Assistant Demand Planner to join their team. Based Northern Sydney, this company have been operating for over 30 years, and pride themselves on engaging in sustainability practices, surety of high-quality products, and excellent customer service.

**About the role**:
Working alongside a team of Demand Planner, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Assisting with Processing of incoming orders.
- Assisting with updating order shipping details.
- Assisting to maintain customer order detail reports.
- Processing of clearance documents
- Processing of Delivery documents
- Processing of Customer notification documents.
- Tracking of Deliveries making sure they get delivered on time.
- Tracking Empty container’s making sure they are de-hired on time.
- Liaise with transport companies and customs agencies to investigate and resolve issues.
- Complete and hand over files to the inventory controller and the accounts department.
- You will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that files and orders are finalised.
- Perform other Duties as assigned.

**About you**:

- Highly developed organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent phone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of seniority.
- Hardworking, flexible, adaptable and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a well-developed focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and be flexible.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, and confident with high reliability and confidentiality
- Collaborative and adaptable approach to prioritising your work and meeting deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe.
