We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supply Planner to focus on Promotions for our Trade show allocations and Seasonal events.

You'll be joining our team based in Canningvale on a Fixed term contract (Parental leave cover) until August 2024.


The purpose of the role is to ensure the correct amount of stock is released to stores to meet their release dates that are pre-ordered via trade show books and on the allocation's portal.


What you'll do:

  • Communicate with all stakeholders once information is at hand for stock requirements to ensure stock is available at the time of release
  • Ensure speed to market of all new lines are released as soon as possible
  • Liaise with the warehouse team around upcoming allocations & tradeshows to plan workforce requirements
  • Provide realtime figures of week of trade show releases
  • Order seasonal stock considering warehouse peak periods and seasonal conditions
  • Resolve all stock related warehousing, merchandising, supplier & customer issues daily
  • Communication of daily allocation issues to Area Sales Managers, Merchandise team and Stock Control
  • Ensure data is correct for stores to order via the portal

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in FMCG demand planning or Account Management and/or retail operations experience
  • Cross functional experience in different roles highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both, written and verbal
  • Collaboration and relationship building skills within a team environment
  • High attention to detail and can do attitude
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
