We currently have a unique opportunity as a Support Engineering Manager. Your prime responsibility will be providing technical expertise, guidance and advice for the delivery of Sustainment and Change Management for a number of large projects.

In your new role, you will create documentation and deliver training to the organization to to underpin the business's delivery and strategy. It requires a blend of technical knowledge in sustainability and change management, with a strong focus on Stakeholder engagement.

**Key responsibilities will be**:

- Responsible for the provision of guidance, advice and recommendations relating to the delivery, development and maintenance of the business' Supportability capability
- Creating a world class Sustainment model to provide a unified consistent approach to Sustainment and Change Management across the wider BAE Systems organisation
- Developing and delivering training plans across BAE Systems major projects
- Liaising with end-users and various stakeholders to identify business opportunities, determine Sustainment needs, and objectives
- Building and maintaining key relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Keeping abreast of current industry trends in the specialist field and/ or technology domain, and capabilities within the organisation, including global expertise
- Extensive Sustainment and Change Management experience
- ILS and in service support experience would be beneficial
- Substantial leadership experience managing teams
- An Engineering background, ideally some relevant qualifications
- A focus on safety in the workplace
- Strong Stakeholder engagement experience
- Strong communication skills
- Baseline clearance ideally.
