As a Finance One Lending Consultant, you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic department that has a proven track record of outstanding customer service. This is evident in the reviews received from our wonderful clients

**Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Utilising an existing client base to generate new business
- Building lasting relationships with new and existing clients and assisting them to meet their financial requirements
- Meeting individual monthly KPI's and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.

**To be successful in the role, you must have**:

- At least 2-years demonstrated experience in customer service, call centre or sales role (which is preferred, no lending experience is required)
- A drive to engage with clients and deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds their expectations
- Be able to multitask whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and task completion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The desire to collaborate with a team and promote honest and open relationships
- The ability to adapt to changing trends and innovation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
