Our client, a well-established, highly regarded Not-for-Profit organisation based in Ipswich, is seeking a
**Part-time Business Support Officer **to work between 20 - 25 hours each week.

Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, the
**Part-time Business Support Officer** will be responsible for working with and supporting the greater team of the organisation, ensuring that all administrative and support tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

- Fleet management
- Facilitating purchasing requests, quotes and approvals
- Conducting File checking
- Physical and Electronic archiving of legal files, cases and legal advices
- Conducting electronic file auditing
- Maintaining the Archive and Destruction Register
- Providing general filing, photocopying and scanning, as required
- Relief Reception duties, as required
- Other general administration tasks, as directed

Applicants for this role should possess the following skills and experience:

- High level customer service experience with an ability to anticipate client needs and take appropriate action
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge and awareness of a wide range of software environments, including Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
- A passion for assisting and supporting disadvantaged people
- Demonstrated time-management, planning and judgement skills
- High level verbal and written communication skills
