What this job involves
We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and bright customer-service focused Concierge to work for onsite for one of our client’s A Grade office tower based in North Sydney

This is the perfect opportunity for someone coming from hospitality, retail or other customer service roles. You will join a friendly and supportive team, bringing your positive attitude, strong skills and natural spark to this position

The hours for this role are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Greeting all customers and visitors to the building
Provide direction and assistance with local amenities and services
Proactively seek out new ways to continuously improve customers experience within the building

**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
You’ll have some experience working either in a hospitality or service delivery role & you’ll bring your strong ‘Customer Service A-Game’ to JLL.

You will be willing to learn and have a ‘can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities. You will be well-presented and well-spoken, and easily build a good rapport with stakeholders of all levels.
