**_ We are looking for a Staff Specialist in Sexual Health Medicine looking for an opportunity to work with us in providing an essential service clinically assessing and managing persons presenting to the Newcastle Sexual Health Clinic._**

This interesting and rewarding clinical role within a supportive and collegial multidisciplinary team. You will primarily be responsible for the management of sexually transmitted infections and HIV based at our Newcastle Sexual Health Clinic. There is also the opportunity for involvement in other aspects of sexual health medicine including transgender care and viral hepatitis treatment, primary care support, under and post graduate medical education and clinical research.
- Have a primary medical degree registered with AHPRA and Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physician Chapter of Sexual Health Medicine
- Demonstrated by recent and comprehensive experience in Sexual Health Medicine
- Evidence of ability to independently manage people with HIV and other complex sexual health issues
