We are seeking a switched-on and inquisitive problem solver who is interested in developing a career in Customer Experience (CX) and Marketing. As a CX and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive a tailored experience that meets their needs and exceeds expectations.

This is a unique opportunity to join our team in a new role on a 6 month contract and contribute to generating a strong brand experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle. No two days will be the same, we’re a fast paced innovator who wants to make real change to the finance industry. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will be supporting the Customer Experience team within the Wisr Customer & Marketing function to better understand and serve our customers throughout the customer lifecycle. Some common activities in this role include:

- Support the running of our innovative and engaging marketing automation program for lead generation, acquisition, and retention.
- Analyse campaign performance, share insights, and confidently make recommendations for future activities by utilising Amplitude and GA.
- Uncover insights on our customers’ and industry trends using 1st party data and desk research.
- Assist in the execution and analysis of our Voice of Customer program, using Retently.
- Collaborate with our in-house creative team to develop creative assets.

**About you**
- At least 6 months’ experience as a customer experience and/or marketing coordinator or similar, or experience in a customer-facing role.
- Passion for understanding the customer and finding ways to improve their experience, demonstrated through your experience with communications, products, or services.
- Interpersonal effectiveness to develop and maintain good working relationships with a wide variety of people across the organisation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to express yourself clearly with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Learning agility to adapt quickly to changes in an ever-evolving business with a high performance culture.
- Critical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Tertiary qualification in the marketing or communications field is a bonus.

- Passion for customer experience and marketing
- Strength in data analysis, developing insights, and taking action
- Understanding of the Australian FinTech landscape with ability to identify opportunities to optimise customer experience
- Eye for detail, ability to take ownership, self-motivation, and ability to work effectively as part of a team
