**Job description**:
Operating for over a century, this national studio continues to deliver outstanding architectural quality. Their extensive portfolio spans across smaller boutique projects through to large-scale buildings and urbanscapes. This business work across a variety of industry sectors including commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments, however they’re known for their cutting-edge delivery of retail projects. Based on the core values of teamwork, diversity and trust, the Directors and senior staff who have extensive industry knowledge also have a strong belief in encouraging their staff to voice their design ideas. As they continue to thrive within the Adelaide market, they are now looking to engage a Project Leader to join their team and take the lead on projects.

**The Role**
This role will see you drive the design team across a variety of high-profile projects and deliver outcomes that exceed client expectations. As a leader within this studio, you will play an active role in the delivery and management of projects from concept through to delivery, adding a key list of projects to your portfolio. Part of your role will be to collaborate with all levels of management and external stakeholders to determine design issues and coordinate through design development and documentation. Working across the full project scope will allow you to manage your own projects, with mentorship from senior staff and Directors.

**The Like Mind**
This studio is looking for a Project Leader with the experience to jump straight into the role. It is essential that you are a registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the local industry. Previous experience in delivering complex projects across a variety of sectors is essential, with education being a bonus Strong communication skills will be key, as a large part of your role will be liaising with the design team, clients, and stakeholders. You will be truly passionate about executing outstanding outcomes and demonstrate forward-thinking leadership approach to motivate and drive the team to success.
