**Job description**:
We have partnered with one of South Australia’s leading engineering consultancies based in the Adelaide CBD to find a Project Administrator that has an eagerness to learn and further develop their skillset. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Project Administrator in a professional and supportive team environment.

**The Role**
In your role as Project Administrator, you will be as providing various administration duties to the a designated project team, and provide one on one support to the team leader.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Assist with maintaining an updated database including storage of documents
- Work on a variety of project administrative tasks including invoice generation.
- Coordinate internal and external activities including team social events and attendance
- Managing the daily administrative tasks for the project including reporting, project documentation, project files and correspondence.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare meeting agendas and documentation, develop presentations, compile, and distribute meeting minutes
- Liaise with clients to define outcomes and timelines

**The Like Mind**
To be successful in this position you will have 1-2 years of experience working in a similar environment as well you will be highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Outlook, and Excel. As a go getter, you will have a strong desire and passion to get the job done at the highest possible standard. Attention to detail, the ability to prioritise accordingly and a professional approach will see you transition smoothly into this role. In addition to this, you will have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, both verbal and written to liaise with different levels of management, clients, and stakeholders.
