We are looking for an experienced Engineer and Proposal Manager to be a part of our talented, inclusive, and supportive Energy Utilities Proposals team of pursuit specialists, graphic designers, and strategy professionals. Our Energy & Process business is driven to meet clients’ rapidly changing infrastructure needs in generation, storage, transmission, and distribution of safe, reliable electric power. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Acts in the capacity of a lead. You will be responsible for the budget, schedule, and quality of assigned proposals.
- Ensures content and layout of proposals are consistent and meet brand standards.
- Collaborates with the client account manager, project director, and engineering to establish the proposal schedule. Following that, works with engineering, procurement, project controls, construction staff and partners, and other staff as needed to develop the proposal.
- Actively implements proposal process improvements, incorporates lessons learned and cost reduction ideas, and analyses market intelligence of competitors.
- Responsible for coordination and integration of reviews by legal, contracts, insurance, finance, treasury, and tax support groups for assigned proposals.
- Collaborates with the client account manager and project management to develop and implement the proposal win strategy.
**Management Responsibilities**:
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Experience working in an EPC and/or project management firm.
- Experience working with Energy Resources & New Energy industries.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
8+ years of project or proposal experience All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
