**ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE**:
This is a rewarding role that supports the engagement of our people and adds real value to the organisation and the opportunity to learn and grow in a fun and dynamic team

**The opportunity**:

- Be the hub of internal communication Drive top down, bottom up and peer to peer communications across Fantastic Furniture with a whole of business approach - creating a culture of open communication where ideas, feedback, and information can freely circulate throughout the business.
- Collaborate with Leaders to develop our internal business-wide communication as well as streamlining and championing our learning and development plans across the wider team.
- Use your keen eye and creative ideas to oversee the various channels through which the company communicates internally and externally; ensuring that messages are consistent across all platforms including our HRIS and LMS platforms.
- Manage the creation, distribution, and organization of important documents within the company. You would ensure that documents are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible to those who need them.
- Own learning and development, knowledge management and communications dashboards and provide analytics to support learning and business improvement initiatives.

Overall, this role plays a crucial part in facilitating effective communication, fostering employee engagement, creating consistency and maintaining the timeliness and relevance of information in documents and supporting the overall success of Fantastic Furniture.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You have a passion for communicating, both written and verbally. You are creative with a keen eye for detail and ideally skilled in corporate communications or recently degree qualified in communications and know how to use various communication systems to keep them operating with peak effectiveness.
- You are a content creator who can understand and share messages and who is not afraid to contribute ideas and innovation to help get our messages across
- You're a bit of a Microsoft suite whiz and ideally you also have some understanding of HRIS or LMS platforms.
- You want to be an active part of the team and you want to learn and grow in the business. You're hands-on, adaptive and passionate about communications.
