We are currently looking for an IT Technical Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) Coordinator to join our IT & Projects Team for a twelve (12) month fixed term contract. This role involves assisting in the implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and IT standards.

**What you'll do**
- Collaborates closely with the IT Service Delivery and Governance Manager and other IT stakeholders to coordinate and action activities related to risk, compliance, and IT audits, contributing to the organization's overall security posture and compliance.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for various IT systems, including operational handbooks, authorization concepts, and other technical documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT GRC activities, findings, and remediation efforts.
- Organise and manage documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Provide administrative support in the implementation and maintenance of IT GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating technical risk assessments for vulnerabilities across IT infrastructure.
- Aid in the implementation of technical controls and safeguards to mitigate security risks, vulnerabilities, and IT compliance gaps by ensuring that controls are effectively integrated into IT systems and processes to support compliance requirements.
- Support in preparing for IT GRC audits and assessments conducted by external auditors and regulatory agencies.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between IT teams, stakeholders, and external auditors regarding GRC activities and findings.

**What you'll bring**
- 3-5 years of experience in IT security, risk management, or compliance roles, with a focus on technical aspects of GRC.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex technical information effectively in written form.
- Experience conducting technical risk assessments, vulnerability management, information security and IT compliance.
- Experience with documentation tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to IT security and GRC.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple documentation projects concurrently.
