360 Personnel is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable/Office Admin person to join our client's team on a permanent basis in Carrum Downs, VIC.

**Your Job Dutie**:

- Accounts Receivable duties.
- Data Entry and Admin - ensuring their stock levels and pricing is up to date and accurate
- Answering phones.
- Phone and customer queries.
- Assisting at customer counter when required.
- Accounting software is called PEACH (will provide training).
- MYOB is used once a month for reconciling accounts.
- Stock control and inventory.
- Assisting with invoicing.

**Salary**:

- $60,000-$65,000 per year plus super.

**To Be Successful**:
In order to be successful for this role, you must have the following skills.
- Must have great customer service experience.
- Accounts Receivable experience
- Desired.
- Admin/Data Entry Experience.
- Ability to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday.
