**About the role**:
Based at our Head Office in Adelaide, this
**12-month contract position** as a IT Service Desk Analyst is primary responsibility will be to ensure all JHA sites operational requirements are enabled through reliable and well supported technology platforms and enhances the organisation’s strategic objectives and facilitates all users achieving their operational priorities.

**Core tasks:

- **
- First point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving all IT related issues to provide technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals.
- Desktop/Laptop/Server/Mobile and PABX phone systems deployment, management and support
- Liaise with Vendors and 3rd party support to assist in the maintenance and development of the IT and communications infrastructure
- ERP and CRM software maintenance and support
- Support and maintain core ICT network infrastructure
- Provision and deployment of hardware and software
- Play a role in Incident, Problem, Change and Service request management processes
- Perform root cause analysis, develop checklists for typical problems, recommend procedure & controls for prevention
- Travel to our sites at times may be required

**Key Attributes**
- Good technical networking skills in a complex corporate environment.
- Good skills and knowledge in a server environment within a virtualized operating environment.
- Ability to plan and prioritise own work to meet the commitments aligned with company goals
- Experience in maintaining and supporting core ICT server infrastructure in a complex environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Qualifications and/or an equivalent level of expertise and experience maintaining and supporting ICT network infrastructure in a complex environment
- A high level of ICT support experience
- Commercial + Administrational
- Technical troubleshooting analysis
- Administrator AD level knowledge of roles, permissions
