ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary responsibility will be to use strong business analyses skills to seek, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives that drive improved efficiency and productivity for approved Stratco projects. This will include researching systems solutions, evaluating their impacts, and project management related tasks such as detailed planning, change management, and extensive collaboration to achieve the optimal outcomes. Requirements analysis and solution design incorporating and catering for key cross functional domains including Retail, Trade Sales, eCommerce, Manufacturing, 3rd Party Processing, and Logistics is an essential and core component of the role.

This is a newly created full-time opportunity located at our Gepps Cross head office.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Partner and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business to gather, validate and document business requirements in a collaborative way.
  • Analyse problems and find fit for purpose solutions that achieve the required business outcomes within the limitations of the project.
  • Leading reviews of business processes and developing optimized strategies aligned with retail and manufacturing processes.
  • Create functional specifications ensuring that meet business requirements and objectives of the project.
  • Identifying risks, issues and benefits of proposed solutions detailing the business impacts.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation relating to assigned projects.
  • Communicate effectively to stakeholders to ensure analysis and proposed solution benefits are properly understood.
  • Engage as necessary with enterprise-wide governance processes such as the Change Advisory Board.
  • Create and implement accurate project management plans for assigned projects, with attention to quality and transparent communication at all levels.
  • Generate and maintain project related documentation, including project plans and status reports.
  • Coordinating staff and internal resources to achieve required outcomes.
  • Ensure assigned projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Ensure high quality outcomes by coordinating the implementation and testing of in scope deliverables.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring the solutions meets business requirements and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other responsibilities, tasks and duties as assigned.

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of experience working in a complex and dynamic IT Program with a focus on Business Analysis and Project Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • The ability to understand and analyse problems and find solutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Oracle Fusion ERP architecture and interconnected cloud-based offerings.
  • Experience in retail and manufacturing processes with strong knowledge of system integrations.
  • Strong working knowledge or project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Miro and Wrike and the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Familiarity with IT service delivery frameworks such as ITIL.
