**About the Role**

Our Learning and Development Advisor role will join us on a
**6-month contract** and be responsible for rolling out our new learning and development initiatives and platform. The roll out will be split into three project stages: configuration, deployment, and engagement. The stages will look something like this:
**Stage one - **engage and build relationships as point of contact with the L&D platform contacts to begin the design and development of training programs aligned with our organisations goals and objectives.
- Create engaging content, to deliver effective training experiences.

**Stage two - **collaborate with key stakeholders within Splend to identify training needs and develop effective learning strategies for specific teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of learning and development initiatives.

**Stage three - **ensure courses are running and being utilised effectively across the business in relation to expectations.
- Ensure smooth functionality and user-friendly experience.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide ongoing support to teams and managers, addressing their questions and concerns related to the learning platform and initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, utilising a variety of instructional techniques and formats.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development initiatives.
- Strong expertise in learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
- Demonstated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
