About the role
As the Conservation Programs Officer your primary focus of the position is to support the Conservation Programs Unit to manage conservation projects, develop operating procedures for state-wide conservation programs, provide environmental information analysis and preparation of engagement material, briefings and correspondence. You will also provide logístical and administrative support to the Conservation Programs team.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- A practical understanding of local environment, land and water priorities and issues, to contribute to planning and development of programs
- The ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Parks Victoria and with our partners
- A tertiary qualification in environmental science, natural resource management or a similar discipline and/or equivalent experience
- A current Resume
- A cover letter
