**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our** Lysaght **team in our BlueScope Building Components business as a **Customer Service Supervisor**. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

You’ll be providing leadership, mentoring, and coaching to your team of 5 customer service professionals to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will be the critical link in the relationship between our customers and the response of the business to address their needs. Bring your established customer service expertise and seize the opportunity to shape this role according to your strengths, establishing yourself as a trusted member of the team.

**What Will You Do?**

Working with a friendly and inclusive team you’ll be a hands-on leader jumping in when and where needed, making sure that order management activities are complete.
- guiding the team to support their daily interaction with customers being of a high standard
- provide a point of escalation for the team and customers and to effectively resolve issues
- maintaining and enhance relationships with internal stakeholder groups, such as transport, operations and sales
- managing commercial offers and activities whilst educating the team
- contributing to strategic planning by supplying market insights that will create smarter solutions for our customers
- Cultivating a team that promotes a superior customer service focus
