**Our client**:
Our client is a leading developer/builder in Sydney, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional residential and commercial projects. With a commitment to excellence and a collaborative approach, they have built a reputation for delivering projects on time and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Junior Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our development team in the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with senior development managers to support the delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies, including financial modeling, market research, and risk analysis.
- Participate in the coordination of design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective project implementation.
- Contribute to the management of project budgets, including monitoring expenses, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports.
- Engage with stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and third-party partners, to ensure effective communication and positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions.

**To be successful in this role**:

- Previous experience as an Assistant or Junior Development Manager in the construction industry is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
