The Love Tilly Group is looking for Junior Somms with a passion for great food and wine to join us in our venues; including Ragazzi and the newly opened Palazzo Salato to deliver exceptional wine experience. This is a hands-on role with focus on service delivery.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking to recruit energetic and passionate Junior Somms to join our team. You will be asssisting in navigating, curating and selling our 600+ wine list. You will be passionate about wine and will be interested in growing your career as a Somm with a hospitality leader.

If this sounds like a role for you, you will possess high levels of energy, flexibility and the ability to operate autonomously within our structure. Ideally, you should have at least three years' experience in hospitality and entry level experience within a Somm role.

We expect our Sommeliers to:

- Demonstrate experience as Sommelier at a junior level as a minimum
- Passion for the wine industry
- Extensive knowledge of wine, new and old world
- Exceptional service skills and guest focused
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience with stock control and inventory management is advantageous
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- WSET certification or similar is highly regarded
