You will be an integral team member providing administrative support across the business to various key stakeholders. Updating spreadsheets, coordinating diaries, planning and booking meetings will see your organisational skills tested. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge join us now.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support the day-to-day operations for senior managers
- Maintain office management systems and requisition supplies.
- Provide team assistance as required.
- Backfill to required positions during periods of absence.
- Communicate constructively with other team members, company employees, customers and clients.
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Ensure adequate follow-up for timely payment
- General administration duties and data entry

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well organised, able to work well under pressure
- Having a construction background is highly regarded, however not essential
- Displaying high ethics, respect, dedication and commitment
- Ability to develop and sustain professional relationships
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Strong attention to details
- Highly computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Can-do, with positive and happy attitude
